Dr MS Rathore is a graduate in pharmacy from University of Rajasthan and completed pharmacy post graduation (M.Pharm.,) from DIPSAR (Formerly College of Pharmacy), University of Delhi. He finished PhD in Pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and received funding from DST, GOI for presenting research work at AAPS workshop at Baltimore, USA. 

Dr Rathore is a dynamic, visionary professional having more than 19 years of work experience in academia and pharmaceutical Industry. He Worked at various responsible positions like Director of IQAC in a Big University Setup (MM Deemed to be University, Ambala), served as coordinator for NBA accreditation filing (at MM College of Pharmacy and Accreditation granted for 3 years) and NAAC application filing. He handled NAAC assessment at MM University, Mullana, Ambala (Granted NAAC Grade “A” Accreditation). He Organized 21 Major events at international/national/regional/local level that include training program, conferences, seminars, workshop at various level as Convener, Co-convener, coordinator, and Organizing secretary and Director (IQAC). He has over 10 Years of experience in various accreditation procedures. He completed several Industry and government research projects. One project entitled “Academia Industry Interaction Project” sponsored by NSTMIS division of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India was a national survey conducted in 3 years and data of 345 academic and 198 industry organizations with over 900 researchers was submitted to Government of India. He also worked as Group leader in TIFAC-CORE in Green Pharmacy project funded by TIFAC division of DST, Government of India. Dr Rathore guided more than 60 postgraduate students and is a registered supervisor in universities as guide for doctoral research. He published over 50 research and review articles in journals of National and International repute. Dr Rathore has organized several conferences training programs for students and pharmacy professionals. Dr Rathore has written 3 Books on NAAC Accreditation and has developed Online Courses covering all aspects of NAAC Accreditation Process from Online portal registration to Peer team visit and NAAC Assessment outcome declaration. He is also working in personal development and growth area and helping people to come out from stress, anxiety, and overthinking patterns in different areas of life.  Dr Rathore also had served as Faculty Adviser for student chapters at India in association with International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research, New Jersey, USA. Presently, Dr MS Rathore is working as Principal & Professor at Geetanjali Institute of Pharmacy, Geetanjali University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. 

  Dr. Shivani Desai is a Clinical Pharmacist with wide experience in Clinical Research along with Academic experience. Currently she is working at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd. in the Department of Clinical Research and handling various Vaccine studies.

She is actively involved in Type 1 Diabetes research, along with which she is responsible for several significant activities such as the publication of the study results of vaccine studies, preparation and presentation of study data to regulators, planning future preclinical and clinical studies for vaccines, review of the final report for vaccine studies, etc. Along with her current clinical research profile at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd., she is also involved in Stem Cell research. 

She has been working on various other pre-clinical and clinical projects such as stem cell application in Type 1 Diabetes and Diabetic complication, clinical evaluation of possible causes and complications of Type 1 Diabetes, and pre-clinical study on application of stem cells in pancreatic transplantation in Type 1 Diabetes. 

Before joining Serum Institute, Dr. Desai has worked as an academician at Dr. D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, as Medical Writer at Docplexus, as Research Associate at KEM Hospital and Research Center, and as Head (Research) at 7 Orange Hospital, Pune.

She is contributing to the field of science by presenting her scientific data at various conferences and publishing her high-impact research papers in national and international journals indexed in Scopus, PubMed, and Web of Science.
